Parent Coaching
We understand that parenting is a journey filled with ups and downs. It isn't always intuitive, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. As parents, you are often the first line of support when your children need help. Our goal at Whole Kids Health is to partner with you in this journey. We strive to understand what matters most to you and build upon your inherent strengths as a parent. We believe that by fostering a positive, empathetic, and secure relationship with your child, you can create the foundation for their long-term well-being.
Both individual and group-based coaching services are available for parents who are seeking guidance in supporting their children and adolescents in better managing mental health and/or the psychological impacts of physical health symptoms.
Parenting is hard work.
